That are additional to the Stormfauna Terms & Conditions policy 

When booking please take into consideration the following

Classes: 

Under 16′s on our courses:
Whilst we welcome young adults on our course, under 16′s must be accompanied by an adult for health and safety reasons.

Cancellations & Rebooking
If for any reason we need to cancel the course we will give you as much notice as possible and we will offer you a full refund or a place on another course to the same value. 

To book a class please use the online booking system. Any issues with booking please e-mail info@stormfauna.com 
Places are not secured until payment has been made in full
Places cannot be held pending payment
Classes can be booked for other people but please ensure that the full details of the recipient is given
The minimum age to attend a class is 16, unless on a parent and child class where the minimum age is 6 and must be accompanied by an adult.
Full details of the class, its location and other details will be emailed to you once you have booked for and paid for the class.

Transfers:

If you need to transfer your class to an alternative date or theme you may do so,if it is more that two full weeks before your course date or it is more than one month before the class date.

Video and photography

Please note that we do not allow students to take videos or photos during the classes as this can detract from other students’ enjoyment of the course. You are welcome to photograph your work at the end of the class. 

Copyright

During the classes you will be taught different designs. These designs may be copied for the purpose of your own cake making. If you run cake or cupcake classes you are prohibited from using the designs learned in class to advertise or run a class. If you run classes you may not use any lesson plans, notes, teaching techniques or photos from "Lady Berry Cupcakes" for your own classes or the promotion of your own classes. You are prohibited from copying "Lady Berry Cupcakes” notes for distribultion in your own classes.
All content of Lady Berry Cupcakes website, facebook page, Flickr and Twitter account are the intellectual property of Farley Berry.

Confirmation of Orders

Upon receipt of your order you will be emailed a copy of your invoice. Please ensure all contact details, personal information, spelling of names, delivery/collection dates and times and any requested changes have been properly documented on your invoice. 

Please notify us through 'ask a question about this product' or e-mail info@stormfauna.com immediately of any errors on your invoice. Failing to notify us of any errors may result in additional charges where alterations are necessary after your order has been completed. 

Ingredients

All our ingredients are of the highest quality.
The cakes are made in premises in which nuts are used, every effort is taken to keep ingredients separate however cakes may contain traces of nuts or nut oil.

Storage

Sugar paste (the soft icing covering the cake) is not designed to be refrigerated and as such cakes with this icing should be stored in a cool dry place, preferably in the box they were supplied in, refrigeration may cause colours to run.

Food Products and Services (Lady Berry Cupcakes is refered to as LBC) 
Please be aware that our product could contain traces of nut. It is the client’s responsibility to inform their guests that traces of nuts could be present in the cake and/or cupcakes. LBC will not be held responsible for anyone suffering from nuts allergies.
Non edible items may be used as decorations in cakes and/or cupcakes. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that any non edible items are removed prior to consumption.
All effort will be made by LBC to ensure that the final product is matched to the colour chosen as much as possible however LBC does not guarantee to match the exact colour/s and designs chosen.
All effort will be made by LBC to supply the products agreed upon at the time of booking. However LBC will not be held responsible if the products are not available as a result of, but not limited to, unavailability, seasonal variation or poor quality. LBC reserves the rights to use its discretion to supply similar or substitute high quality product under such circumstances and will try where possible to agree this alternative product with the client prior to supply.
